Reservation Process

Reserving a property at Phoenix could not be more simple. Once you’ve chosen your unit/s, complete the reservation form and return it to North Property Group with a copy of your passport. To complete your reservation, a deposit of £5,000 by bank transfer is required. This will be deducted from your completion balance. The client care team will then be in touch to process your purchase through to exchange and completion.
